The World's Little League Museum is located next to Howard J. Lamade Stadium and is the official museum of the Little League International. With a capacity of 40,000 seats, it is one of the largest baseball stadiums in the United States and the second largest in North America. It houses the Little League World Museum and hosts the annual World Baseball Classic, the world's largest baseball tournament. If you stay in Potter County, you can also be part of our local community by staying at the Harry S. Truman Convention Center, home to the Potterport High School football team.

In recent years, it has partnered with Geisinger Health in Danville, Pa., the Psychiatric Care, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Hamot, the Cardiovascular Care and University Hospital of Pennsylvania in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., to provide care in ENT. Williamsports College of Veterinary Medicine and Health Sciences, a Buffalo University department, provides a basis for teaching and study and provides training for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, dentists and other medical professionals.
The county receives land taxes from the state instead of land taxes on properties that until recently were only 3.60 hectares. The state owns more than 60 percent and maintains state parks, woodlands and wildlife, protecting state farms, forests and conservation programs. The revenue is shared between county, municipalities and school districts.
The Philadelphia Historical Commission oversees the city's many historic shrines, and the hospital has teamed up with Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania to create a training center for medical assistants who want to work in medically underserved parts of the state. The Pennsylvania Historical Commission, established in 1913 and known as the Pennsylvania History Museum Commission until 1945, operates the Philadelphia Museum of Natural History, the oldest museum in the United States.

Locals are usually aware of the city's influence on the rest of Pennsylvania, but unless you live in an eastern part of our state, we tend to swear by Wawa West and love Sheetz.
